TERMS OF USE – AMIT

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AMoMintInTime.com. By creating an account or using the AMIT platform, you agree to the following conditions.

1. User Responsibility

AMIT allows members to upload and share audio files, embed videos, and customize profile content. Users are solely responsible for the material they post.

2. Acceptable Content

You agree that you will only upload or share:

• Audio recordings you personally created, or

• Audio files you own the copyright to, or

• Audio you have explicit permission to distribute, or

• Royalty-free / Creative Commons licensed music that permits sharing

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not upload:

• Copyrighted music extracted from YouTube or other commercial sources

• Pirated audio or video files

• Material that violates intellectual property rights

• Offensive, illegal, or abusive content

• Malware, spam, or harmful files

4. DMCA Compliance

AMIT respects copyright laws. If copyrighted material is reported, AMIT will remove the content upon valid request from the rights holder.

5. Account Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or abuse of other members may result in:

• warnings

• suspension

• permanent account removal

6. Revisions and Deletions

Users may:

• edit captions

• delete playlists

• remove backgrounds

AMIT is not responsible for keeping copies of deleted user content.

7. Platform Ownership

All custom features delivered to AMIT belong to the platform owner once paid for. AMIT may maintain backups and reuse internal code as needed.

8. Termination

AMIT reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
